WHERE DO I START?! Floodpro, you have two precious jewels on your staff! Being a Veteran with PTSD, it's quite difficult for me to allow folks into my space so I must say Abraham and Francisco's customer service was beyond anything I expected. From the time they entered my home, Abraham's demeanor put me at ease. Not only was he professional, he was very kind, respectful, and patient as well. He explained each aspect of what I needed done and how they were going to do it. He even answered his phone when I called with my 'little' concerns. Both he and Francisco were quite knowledgeable of everything they did. Neither had to shadow each other in whichever area they found themselves. If I ever need water damage mitigation again, your company will be my first choice but you have to send Abraham and Francisco to perform the services. :-)
Great Service
Abraham & Francisco from Flood Pros did a fantastic job for us after our lower level had flood damage. They were professional, prompt, honest & very courteous! They went to work and needed no supervision. After a long drive to get to our home, they worked very hard into the evening hours. We highly recommend this company to you as they really know their stuff!
Really helpful advice after water damage
I called Flood Pro USA after a bad rainstorm that brought water into my basement. Part of my basement is finished and carpeted. Even though their business is repair after flood damage they were happy to talk me through the entire process if I wanted to do it myself. They included how to prevent mold and bacteria from growing after the damage. They service tech I spoke with was patient and personable. I would have no problem with hiring them.

The best way to describe their "strongly exceeds expectations" performance is to say if I HAD TO, I could survive another flood knowing I have them to call. Otherwise NO WAY!!

My house flooded on Christmas Eve and I panicked as a first time homeowner. Abraham took the time to calm me and explained the insurance process perfectly.
