Cracked Toilet Disaster. Floodpros to the RESCUE!
I have 2 toilets in an investment property that's only 13 years old that I recently found out have been recalled. When my tenants called to say one of the toilets tank cracked and flooded a side of the house with wood flooring, I had no idea what to do so I googled then called Floodpros. To my amazement, Jordan from Floodpros, was there within 1.5-2 hours. Professional and knowledgeable. He inspected the areas thoroughly. He told me his plan which I agreed. FloodPro’s saved our house....... We woke up to a completely flooded home, both first floor and basement after a faucet was left on all night. I called the first emergency number I found online and I had guys out at my house within an hour and a half. Tyler and Abraham were first on the scene and they got started immediately getting my house ready to demo and dry. The flood was so bad, the ceiling had already fallen in the basement. Over the course of the day, they had pulled up the flooring, demoed the basement and set up all fans and dehumidifiers needed to start drying the house. Several techs throughout the week came out to check the house, to rearrange equipment and to monitor the drying process. It has now been a week and a half and our house is completely dry. A mold prevention was added and all machines were taken. I thought we were done for when this happened. After making my initial appointment through a very nice lady, I spoke to Joe and he assured me everything was going to be just fine. I believe him now! I hope I never have to use them again.... but if something else unfortunate happens, we will be repeat customers.

We are new in the Blue Ridge GA area so we don’t know a lot of people yet, but wanted to share our positive experience with Flood Pros. We came home from a day trip to a completely flooded basement due to rainwater flooding. We searched for restoration companies and were able to connect with Chris at Flood Pros. We want to applaud him on quick service, but also on helping us with what we needed. His tech Tyler came out quickly and extracted the water, set up the dehumidifiers and checked our walls. He was very polite and knowledgeable in doing his job. As my husband and I were in the flooring profession we had knowledge on dealing with the flooring, we were pleasantly surprised at their willingness to do what we ask and letting us handle the part we felt we could. I usually only write reviews when the company is outstanding. This was the best service I never received...I will explain later. As soon as I scheduled the appointment, I received two calls from the company. The first call, was to inform me of what I need to understand about making my claim and my insurance. The second, was to make sure I had the number of the person coordinating my service. The next morning, I received a call and text with updates on the insurance policy and claim. At the appointed time, I got the a video call with walking me through necessary steps. I am so much more informed by this experience and though my building ended up taking care of my water issue, I would not hesitate to use this company again. You all are a great example of customer service!!
House for sale
I had my home listed for sale and last Saturday we had 2 scheduled showings. During the second showing I received a call the basement was flooding from my realtor! When I arrived the water was to my ankles. FloodPro USA arrived at our house within 1 1/2hrs and started their work. Abraham & Alex are polite, hard working, young men and I greatly appreciated their help and professionalism. Within a few days our basement was dry and we signed a contract to the family who visited during "the flood"!
Leak in Slab
We discovered a leak in the slab somewhere between the kitchen, and the den. The wood floor was lifting, and rugs and walls began soaking up water. Flood pros told us to shut off the water main to the house, and were here in less then an hour. Flood pros had everything under control, and started repairs right away preventing further damage. I would never consider any other company for restoration or water damage. Like their name says "Flood Pros"
