Customer Services ROCKS!!!

I usually only write reviews when the company is outstanding. This was the best service I never received...I will explain later. As soon as I scheduled the appointment, I received two calls from the company. The first call, was to inform me of what I need to understand about making my claim and my insurance. The second, was to make sure I had the number of the person coordinating my service. The next morning, I received a call and text with updates on the insurance policy and claim. At the appointed time, I got the a video call with walking me through necessary steps. I am so much more informed by this experience and though my building ended up taking care of my water issue, I would not hesitate to use this company again. You all are a great example of customer service!!
